Whatever the final Brexit arrangement between the EU and the UK entails, the European Parliament (including British MEPs) will be called on to give its consent. If it is considered not to be in the best interests of EU citizens the Parliament has the power to veto the whole deal.

David considers that if he was an MP in the House of Commons, he would be demanding a vote on this crucial deal that could shape our relationship with the EU for decades.
